Returns & Exchanges
We want you to genuinely love what you order, here's exactly how returns work.
Ready-to-ship items
If something isn't right, unworn ready to ship items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags still attached.
Custom or made to order garments
Custom pieces are made specifically for you, so they're final sale, we're not able to offer a return or exchange on these once they're made. If you're unsure about sizing or details before ordering custom, reach out first, we're happy to help you get it right from the start.
Faults & quality issues
If your item arrives with a split seam or fabric fault, we'll sort it out, this is covered within 3 months of purchase. Get in touch via Contact Us with a photo and your order details and we'll go from there. This covers genuine faults only; damage from wear, washing, or general use isn't included (see our Care Guide for care guidance).
Colour variation
Because every piece is hand dyed in small batches, slight colour variation between your item and the photos is normal and not considered a fault, it's part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
