Frequently Asked Questions

Is your clothing handmade?

Our core garments are made from bamboo fabric, cut to our own original designs. Each piece is then hand dyed and finished by us in small batches. So while production isn't 100% handmade start to finish, every single piece is hand finished before it ships.

Why does the colour look slightly different to the photo?

Because every piece is hand dyed in small batches, there's natural variation from dye run to dye run and screens don't always show colour exactly true to life. That variation is part of what makes each piece unique, not a fault.

What sizes do you carry?

See our full Sizing Chart for measurements and fit notes per style. Most of our pieces are designed with stretch and room to move, and many styles can comfortably size up or down.

How long does shipping take?

Every order has a 3–5 business day processing time before it ships. After that, domestic Australian orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days depending on your location and shipping speed selected. Full detail on our Shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. See our Shipping page for rates and timing.

What's your returns policy?

Unworn, ready-to-ship items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Custom or made-to-order garments are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Full detail on our Returns page.

My item arrived faulty. What do I do?

Get in touch with us straight away. Any split seams or fabric faults are covered within 3 months of purchase. Damage from wear, washing, or general use isn't covered, see our care guide for how to look after your piece.

Can I order a custom piece?

We occasionally take custom requests, reach out via Contact Us to ask. Custom pieces can take longer to create (please allow extra time) and are final sale once made.

How do I look after my Glitch Pixie pieces?

Hand wash where possible, or machine wash cold with a gentle, natural detergent. A small amount of colour run-off can happen on the first wash, so keep new pieces separate from light colours. Air dry out of direct sunlight to keep the colour looking its best for longer.

I still have a question, how do I reach you?
